    We recommend landscape videos, for a better viewing experience. Do note that portrait videos will be presented sideways.

  • Absolutely. Your videos are handled with strict privacy standards and are never shared with third parties. Your Moments belong to you — always.

    Our upload system uses encrypted connections to protect your files during transfer and storage. Your content is processed securely from start to finish.

    We store your files only for as long as necessary to prepare your Mini TV. After fulfilment, videos are securely and automatically deleted from our system.

  • Orders are typically processed within 3-4 business days after video submission. Delivery timelines depend on your exact location.

    Once your Mini TV ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can monitor its journey to you.

  • Contact us as soon as possible using the Contact Us form below. If your order hasn’t entered production, we’ll help you update your files.

  • You can charge your Mini TV using any Micro-USB cable. A full charge typically provides up to 4 hours of playback, depending on usage.
